Cranberry Room: bright and airy with (4) large windows, this comfortable room overlooks historic South Main Street, listed and in the National Register District of Historic Places. Decorated in hues of vibrant cranberry and emerald green, it brings to mind the vibrant colors of the region's cranberry bogs at harvest. A spacious king size bed with high quality mattress insures comfort and is accented by a hand painted Trevor Watson English Victorian dresser and period chairs. A twin bed option is available on request.

Copper Beech Room: nestled in the shade of a 200 year old Copper Beech tree, this cozy room features a beautiful bird's eye maple woodwork, a half turret vaulted ceiling and original inlaid design pattern parquet flooring. An original built-in window seat adds charm. As evening approaches the brass bed beckons. Enjoy sweet dreams in this queen size bed with lush, top of the line mattress.
Copper Beech Room
The Milliner's Room: offers a charming antique Victorian full size bed and an interesting collection of ladies and gentlemen's hats. Of special significance is the gold leaf sign from an early 1900's milliner shop, "Bon Mode", owned and operated by Mrs. Scanlon, the innkeeper's grandmother. The Milliner's Room is tucked a way in a quiet corner for those who prefer more privacy.
ROOM RATES: All room rates quoted include a hearty New England breakfast and there is no tax additional. Rates vary based on bed option (king, queen or full size and bath option selected; private ensuite (in-room), private detached (a few steps away) or shared (with one other party).
High Season Rates (June through October) range from $99 to $139 per couple/per night.
Off Season Rates (November through May) range from $79 to $125 per couple/per night.

from standard pricing. Special rates may apply.
Rollaways are available at an additional charge of $15 per room/per night. Not all rooms are suitable for rollaways and there is a limit of one rollaway per room. Children are welcome on a limited basis and some restrictions apply.
RESERVATIONS/MINIMUM STAY: Please be advised that if your plans involve summer or fall travel, our area is generally sold out every weekend July through October. It would be important to plan on an advanced reservation. During high season weekends, holidays and Boston Marathon, a 2 night minimum stay is required. During July 4th and Labor day, a 3 night minimum stay is required.
DEPOSIT: A one-night deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Master Card, Visa, Discover, Amex accepted.
CANCELLATIONS: Deposit will be refunded provided cancellation notice is received 14 days prior to date of arrival. Reservations cancelled 7 days in advance will be refunded less a $20 service charge. Cancellation without notice will result in loss of deposit.
